Madame Etrange was a concept that grew out of an idea to portray and represent the past present and future within a single scenario. It could actually develop into a cynical comment on the prediction for cash industry...or perhaps into an entertaining sideshow.
The project, produced in conjunction with audio engineering wizard, Charlie Kernachan, allowed me to develop skills within Max/MSP and combine my existing skills with the Arduino micro-controller.
The jars of the water-like fluid seen in the video in fact contain 'Eye Water' - fluid that once preserved the eye of Madame Etrange, and 'Mind Out' - fluid that once preserved the vey brain of this powerful medium...samples available on the night in exchange for cash!
